How to create API-keys on Bittrex

STEP 1. Pass the registration and log into your account

STEP 2. In order to find Bitrex API documentation, go to “Settings” in the upper right corner

STEP 3. Go to the left side of the page and in the block “Site Settings” press “API Keys”. 

! To generate Bitrex API-keys you must have 2FA enabled

STEP 4. Select “Add new key”

STEP 5. The API key appears as a “New Key”. Turn on “Read Info”, “Trade Limit” and “Trade Market”. Don’t touch «Withdraw».

STEP 6. After you press “Save”, you will have to enter your 2FA code

Attention! After the key is created, it will be displayed JUST ONCE. So don’t forget to copy your public API key and private API key and be sure, that you save them in a secure place.

This is an example of bittrexx API keys. Copy both in some .txt file and place it inside archive protected by a password. 

In case of Bittrex keys being compromised, you can delete the key by pressing “X” in the last column of each key.  

Your Bittrex trading API-keys are now created and ready to be added on FUMGO. Back to STEP 3.
